The Retreat House sleeps 25-30 (depends on number of children), has 6 bedrooms on the second floor, plus an expansive third floor sleeping loft with 5 double beds and a bunk bed.
There are also 3.5 baths, two kitchens and a large enclosed porch which overlooks Lake Macatawa.
The house is located on the waterfront and includes several picnic tables, a large charcoal grill, a large Weber gas grill, horseshoes and a huge fire pit for evening camp fires!
The house is situated on a small hill and features a walkway that leads down to an expansive waterfront deck and continues on to the West dock which features slips for up six boats and offers great fishing for bass, walleye, bluegills, sunnies, perch, white bass and sheephead.
The main level of the house features a large living and dining area which is connected to a three season porch via two sets of French doors.
